The Carrubato di Sicilia® is the carob bar by Ciokarrua. Organic, with no cocoa powder and no added sugar.
Velvety on the palate, naturally sweet and caffeine-free. A Ciokarrua exclusive, high in fibre, with notes of ripe fruit, figs, dates and molasses.


We want to produce our own chocolate by overseeing every stage of processing the cocoa beans.
Hand selection of the beans, artisan roasting, transformation into cocoa mass. Roasting is the most important moment: here we bring all our experience and expertise to enhance the aromatic character of the cocoa bean.
It's a choice we reserve only for products where cocoa is the star.
