Italian-style 70% dark chocolate. Roasted cocoa on the nose, with notes of coffee, dried fruit and nuts, and a hint of vanilla; on the palate it melts into a smooth, velvety finish.
Rotondo is our first Italian-style chocolate: organic and made without conching, worked slowly at low temperatures to preserve the cocoa's aroma. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan.
