Salvatore is the father of Case Don Ignazio, the head of the family and a father to the land. A farmer and son of nature, he carries on the family's organic farm together with his children Ignazio and Roberta, young, fresh and talented.

If you happen to pass through Case Don Ignazio, you will feel as though time stands still, your breathing grows lighter and your eyes fill with wonder. The colours of the open countryside and the shifting hues where rock meets earth become almost a state of peace and serenity.

The carob trees stretch out free of every constraint, ready to create an expanse of shade and light.

At carob harvest time, even the scent becomes unique: you can sense the living fermentation of the carob in the air, and it draws you in until the temptation to taste it becomes irresistible. We invite you to savour the first notes of the ripening carob; it is a magical, unprecedented experience that will bind you to an unforgettable memory.

Case Don Ignazio safeguards biodiversity, a true bio-park where aromatic herbs, vegetables, olive trees, almond trees and carob trees mark the cycles of time and the seasons.
